Will it fit my shower?
It connects to the standard 1/2" fittings used in US showers. If you have a fixed showerhead, the included hose and bracket turn it into a handheld.
How long does installation take?
About two minutes, by hand. No tools and no plumber.
Will I lose water pressure?
The micro-perforated plate is designed to keep a strong, even spray while the water is filtered.
Is it safe for color-treated hair?
Yes. Less chlorine in your rinse water means less of what dulls and fades color.
Filters and subscription
How often should I change the filter?
Every two months for one or two people.
How does the subscription work?
You get the showerhead with a filter installed, then a fresh filter set every two months. Pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account.
